• A hardy, productive hybrid plum bred for cold‑climate reliability, forming an upright, rounded tree with strong branching and consistent fruiting in prairie orchards and home gardens.
• Abundant white spring blossoms provide strong pollinator value and good frost tolerance; requires a compatible pollinator such as Pembina for best fruit set.
• Produces medium‑sized red plums with juicy, sweet‑tart flesh ideal for fresh eating, preserves, and baking; fruit drop is moderate and manageable.
• Very tolerant of drought, clay soils, and exposed prairie sites; maintains vigor with minimal pruning and shows good resistance to black knot compared to many older plum varieties.
