The Opportunity: Are you someone who enjoys working outdoors, staying active, and seeing the immediate
results of a hard day’s work?  We are looking for motivated, hardworking individuals to join our Custom Planting Team. Whether you’re looking to start a career in landscaping or just want a rewarding seasonal role, we provide the training and
environment you need to succeed!

    • WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING: As a key member of our field team, your day-to-day will involve:
      Planting: Installing high-quality trees and shrubs across various job sites.
      Site Preparation: Digging tree holes and preparing soil for planting.
      Landscaping: Laying fresh sod and ensuring sites are left clean and professional.
      Plant Care: Pruning and watering trees and shrubs to ensure long-term health.
      Teamwork: Supporting the equipment operators and crew leads to get the job done
      efficiently.
    • WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
      Reliability: You have consistent transportation to get to the shop or job site on time.
      Physical Stamina: You are physically fit, capable of manual labour, and comfortable
      working long hours in various weather conditions.
      Great Attitude: You have good communication skills, a “team-first” mentality, and a
      genuine willingness to learn new skills
