How it Works
1. Begin by selecting your desired plants from our Plant Finder and adding them to your order. You can view your order at anytime during this process by clicking My Order here or in the header/footer menus.
2. Once you have selected all your desired plants go to My Order and fill out your information. We provide options for your name and email; however, if you wish to be contacted by phone number please include that information in the message section of your order form.
3. Submit your order by clicking the “Send your request” button. Please note that placing your order does not guarantee all products requested in your order nor are you charged at the time of placing your order.
4. Check your email inbox for confirmation of your order from a Wheatland Tree’s team member confirming plant availability and final cost of order. Final cost of order will include tax, any order adjustments as well as cost of delivery (if you choose delivery instead of pickup).
5. Once order details are confirmed you will receive an email with your final invoice. You can pay the final invoice either by credit card over the phone at 403-934-2829 or by sending an etransfer to firstname.lastname@example.org
6. Once payment is confirmed you will be given a pickup or delivery window for your order. All pickup orders are ready within 48 hours of payment confirmation and are held for a maximum of 10 days. Delivery orders timelines will be determined on an individual basis. Information on available Delivery Options can be found here.

When you arrive to pickup your order if you are not satisfied with the plants provided at time of pickup we will either offer you an equal value alternative or provide a full refund. Your satisfaction as a customer of Wheatland Trees is important to us and while we always fill our orders with the highest quality of plants, we will always prioritize your experience as a customer.
If orders are not picked up within 10 days of payment confirmation a 20% of order administration fee is charged and all stock is returned thereby cancelling your order. If you know that you won’t be able to pickup your order within the 10 days timeline, please contact us in advance and we will do our best to work with you.
Currently, all online orders must be paid for a minimum of 48 hours prior to pickup. We accept credit, debit and cash onsite and you may come to pay in person; however, the 48 hour order preparation time will still apply for online orders paid in person.
Wheatland Trees and Nursey will never send you any links requesting money. All transactions occur after we send you the final invoice and are processed either directly through our in person payment system or via etransfer to firstname.lastname@example.org. We recommend for all online transactions always checking the domain of the email address, for example, all emails we send always have the domain @wheatlandtrees.ca
